Lola is 8 months old!

As I write this, Lola is 8 months and about 2-1/2 hours old. Eight months!? I can still remember just about everything about the night I became a mom! With the two new babies around - Parker and Alina, it's so hard to believe she was once that little and now look at how big she is and all of the fun things she does!

A summary of month eight... Lola has learned to wave (although not always on command) and she is a very good clapper! While she has not decided to crawl yet, she has become a great scoot-er / army crawler. She is very good at grabbing a hold of something and pulling herself up to stand. Anytime she stands up, she laughs and claps her hands. She can drink out of a sippy cup (most of the time) and is getting better at picking up the 'puffs'. She can pick them up but doesn't seem interested in putting them in her mouth. And who would really want puffs when mommy feeds her lemon sorbet, grandma Paula feeds her toast and jelly and uncle Darren gives her an occasional taste of Pepsi! :)

The pictures are getting harder to take... she wants to eat, bend or tear the number so I have to act fast!
